The office was very clean and inviting. The receptionist was friendly and helpful as we filled out our paperwork. My sister and I were taken in to see Joshua Schultz the Audiologist. He was pleasant, patient, and very good at explaining hearing loss. He takes the time to make you feel comfortable in each phase of the exam. I would not hesitate to recommend Tri-County Hearing Services because they do an excellent job.

Mayra Ortiz was very professional and knowledgeable. She was friendly and explained everything I needed to know. I will definitely recommend Tri-County since I am very happy with my new hearing aides.

Eric was able to explain everything very good in a way I could understand. He even took me outside to listen to the different sounds. This is a new experience for me that is much needed. I’m only in day 3 and I do see a improvement.

Took my father for his hearing appointment in the Beverly Hills, Florida location and very happy with Joshua Schultz the hearing aid specialist. Made this the best experience for my father and me. So easy to understand and made both of us very comfortable. My 89 year old father can be hard to please but today he walked out of his appointment very happy. A huge win for Joshua and this company.

I can't say enough about Tri-County Hearing Services. Everytime I walk into the office, Dari greets me with a smile, remembers my name, and asks me how I'm doing. Dari is so pleasant to talk with on the phone too. Then I see Sam Patel, my Specialist. Sam is one of a kind. He makes you feel right at home, making you feel very at ease with his unbelievable knowledge of not only the product, but the computer programs to set-up and tweek my new hearing aids. Sam goes above and beyond to make sure your experience is flawless. Simply put, Sam Patel and Tri-County Hearing Services are simply the BEST!

Kissimmee for my parents and was helped by Sagar Patel. Sagar was very patient and so helpful with my parents who denied they had a hearing problem. He was very professional and helped my mom find a good hearing aid that she has agreed to wear. I would highly recommend Sagar to anyone. Thank you.

My husband was in dire need of hearing assistance!! Our first appointment with Shaun Heavilin really made all the difference to pursue a life changing purchase of a hearing aid. Well worth every penny! My husband loves the blue tooth technology! Shaun and Meagan make the process easy, there for you every step of the way, and extremely lovely to deal with!

Stephanie is very diligent to make all customers 100% satisfied no matter how long it might take her. She is professional and friendly. She always has a smile. i was quite nervous when i went for my first appointment as I had never worn hearing aids before! My first impression upon entering the office was being greeted by Barbara who immediately made me feel at ease. She was helpful as well as professional. I knew I was in the right place! When I went into Skip's office, I had the same feeling. He was kind and very professional in explaining the procedure to me. He fitted me with hearing aids and it has made a major difference in my lifestyle. I would definitely tell anyone to seek Skip and Barbara's service as it has changed my life. I can actually hear my great-grand-children now!
